COMMERICAL MULTIFAMILY 5+ UNIT FIX AND FLIP LOANS FOR INVESTORS:

  1. up to 85% of purchase and 100% of rehab based on experience and credit
  2. up to 20 units OR more
  3. Minimum experience required

COMMERCIAL MULTIFAMILY 5+ UNIT RENTAL LOANS FOR INVESTORS:

  1. up to 80% loan to value depending on credit and loan size
  2. Loan amounts up to $30,000,000
  3. Single Properties

For residential rehab and rental loans our minimum loan amount is $100,000 and we lend up to $4,000,000+ on individual properties
On portfolio loans our minimum loan is $250,000 up to $30,000,000
For Commercial Multifamily loans our minimum loans are $250,000 to $30,000,000
