Your Loan Submission pays you .5% percent of the total loan amount for each successfully closed loan transaction if you just take the application and work with our processors to close your loan. Or you can charge up to 2 points and be paid on the HUD by processing the loan as you work with our processing team.
- You earn Overrides. If you refer other Broker Partners, you earn .20% monthly of their closed loan volume.
