There is no minimum credit score for our program we are asset based. Therefore, if you are looking for a quick close bridge loan to purchase a property, refinance a property or get cash out we can close in five to ten days. For higher LTV’s and lower costs we have other bridge loan products that can go up to 80% based on property type, borrowers credit and experience.
