RESIDENTIAL BRIDGE LOANS:
- No Income Verification
- Vacant Property Option
- Listed Property Option
- Rental Property Option
- Purchase up to 80% LTV
- Rate and Term Refinance up to 80% LTV
- Cash out up to 65% LTV
COMMERICAL MULTIFAMILY 5+ Units FIX AND FLIP LOANS:
- up to 85% of purchase and 100% of rehab based on experience and credit
- up to 20 units OR more
- Minimum experience required
COMMERCIAL MULTIFAMILY 5+ Units RENTAL LOANS:
- up to 80% loan to value depending on credit and loan size
- Loan amounts up to $30,000,000
- Single units or portfolios
COMMERICAL MULTIFAMILY 5+ Units BRIDGE LOANS:
- Purchase up to 75%
- Rate & Term Refinance up to 70%
- Cash Out up to 70%
- Minimum Loan $250,000
For residential rehab and rental loans our minimum loan amount is $75,000 and we lend up to $5,000,000+ on individual properties
On portfolio loans our minimum loan is $200,000 up to $30,000,000
For Commercial Multifamily loans our minimum loans are $250,000 to $30,000,000
